It was nice to begin this new year with a sweet and light (!!!) cake:
This cake was created by French pâtissier Gaston Lenôtre in 1969, when Air France flew its supersonic jet for the first time. This Cake is a combination of cocoa meringue and chocolate mousse: It is light, sweet, soft, crisp and delightful.
