Cod filet on a bed of leek “fondue” and lime sauce

DSC_0026Last Wednesday, I gave a cooking class for a group in the CCAE in Cambridge.

Mercredi dernier, j’ai donné un cours de cuisine pour un groupe à Cambridge, au CCAE ( Centre d’éducation pour adultes).

DSC_0028We cooked a cod filet, garnished with leeks, black olives and a lime sauce. This recipe is colorful and surprising!

 Nous avons préparé un filet de cabillaud accompagné d’une fondue de poireaux aux olives et d’une sauce au citron vert . Le plat est coloré , acidulé et surprenant!
