Herb-crust salmon filet with carrot & zucchini tagliatelle



Easy, fresh & light: all we like with cooking!

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine breadcrumbs, fresh chopped herbs like parsley, basil, cilantro… Any green herbs you like. Season both sides of salmon fillets. Press breadcrumb mixture onto flesh sides of salmon.


  • Place salmon onto baking tray. Drizzle with melted butter or olive oil. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Serve with carrot & zucchini tagliatelle for a light lunch, or rice with lemon wedges & salad.
