“Croquembouche” means crunch in the mouth… looks delicious, and it is.

Croquembouche (or “Pièce montée” in french) is a pyramid of cream-filled puff pastry balls (choux or profiteroles), stuck together with caramel.

 Traditionally, the french make this cake a centerpiece for a wedding , a first communion or a birthday.

Why not commission one for a special event?
